At Medi Pharma Care, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, and must remain in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
  • Returns will be accepted only in cases where:
    1. The item delivered is damaged or defective, or
    2. An incorrect product was shipped.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at help@medipharmacare.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Describe the Issue
    Explain the reason for the return and attach clear photographs of the product (including outer packaging, seals, and the defect, if any).
  3. Return Shipping Instructions
    Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions and the address to ship the item back.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method you used to place the order.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped or product damaged in transit).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Lost Orders / Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive:

  1. Check Tracking
    Verify the shipment status via the tracking information.
  2. Contact Us
    If tracking is not updated or the package is lost, notify us immediately.

In such cases, we will reship the order at no additional cost.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are not required to pay any additional customs, duty, or import fees for orders placed through us. We handle any regulatory or import charges on our side.

7. What Is The Time Taken For A Refund?

We generally process the refund immediately after the return is initiated. However, it might take 3-4 business days to reflect in your bank account. Check your account and update us accordingly.

8. Custom Duties And Fees

Our dedicated team takes care of all payments and regulations from package shipment to delivery.

9.Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation: There may be certain orders that our partners are unable to accept and service, and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.

Medi Pharma Care also reserves the right to cancel any orders that are classified as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by us as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as a ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the following criteria, which may not be exhaustive: that is

  • If the products you ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
  • If you have placed multiple orders for the same product at the same address
  • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
  • If you have given invalid address in order details
  • If you have used any malpractice to place the order.

No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
